Known for her joyful approach to teaching Kino will lead you through daily morning Mysore practice sessions and four afternoon technique workshops. You will immerse yourself in yoga, delve deep within your inner world and still have time to bask in the sun by the beach. Shiva Rea Intensive at Sonic Yoga Sunday April 11 2010 Go for the whole day or for any of the sessions that are offered from 9:30-6:30pm. The Temple of Rasa will explore the energetic power of alchemical yoga that is sequenced in harmony with the Bhava or energetic state of the day for activation, healing and rejuvenation. Our morning will be initiated with intention for purifying empowerment through a sacred strength and vitality practice or Vira Rasa, focusing on innovative agni namaskar with live drumming and fire japa meditation. The afternoon will lead into the healing backbending sequences of Sringara Rasa, with live musicians Tomas Wave and Guests and Chris Tomkins, Tantric Scholar, followed by the free form unwinding of yoga trance dance and meditation.
